Training Plans for Your Adventure

Whether you're training for an adventure with us or would like help realizing your triathlon or other fitness goals, we're here for you.  We specialize in introducing beginner triathletes to the sport and helping them approach their first few races with confidence. 
 
We also work with intermediate triathletes who want to up their game through improved endurance, technical skills, and nutrition use.  We can help you increase your overall fitness to help you make the most of your adventure travel trip.

Your Race Training Plan - $175

 We'll custom design a race specific training plan for you to work on your weaknesses and capitalize on your strengths. 

Includes

  • Customized race preparation training plan

  • Adjustments as needed

  • Pre-Race consult and race-day tips

Let's Get Started Monthly Plan - $150

This is where we start to really get to know you as an athlete.  After a discussion, we'll custom design a monthly training plan and check-in with monthly video chats.  You can also shoot us an email or text anytime. 

Includes

  • Customized training plan 

  • Train Plan adjustments as needed

  • Regular email and text correspondence

  • Monthly one-hour video check-in

Crushing Your Goals Monthly Plan - $200

We'll customize a monthly plan for you with weekly adjustments based on how your training is going and analyze your data to make recommendations to keep you on track toward your goals.  We'll email you once a month with insights on how things are going and check-in monthly via video chat.

  • Customized training plan updated weekly

  • Training Plan Adjustments as needed

  • Regular email and text correspondence

  • Monthly one-hour video chat check-in

  • Data analysis and monthly email with results and recommendations.

No Stopping You Monthly Plan - $250 

There will definitely be no stopping you with our premium monthly plan. In addition to the tailored training program offered in the previous plans, we'll add regular virtual workshops to cover specific topics in-depth such as race fueling, transition skills, hydration, and gear discussions.

Andy loves to guide adventure-seeking groups on amazing trips.  He also loves to race in pretty much any event.  He's completed all triathlon distances, a couple marathons, and was planning his first ultra-marathon, but was derailed by COVID.  He is a certified USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach, a former U.S. Marine, and he loves bringing people together through their common love of racing.
