  • How atheltic do I need to be to come on this trip?
We welcome athletes and adventurers of all types and abilities - we organize trips around races of varying difficulty. And remember, it might be difficult to win a race, but it’s really not too hard to finish one. Our trips are designed to accommodate a wide range of abilities and everyone is part of the team. Whether you are a professional or amateur athlete, adventure racer, charity challenger or physically fit weekend warrior, you are welcome.

In Korčula, we will strive to accommodate you in 1 bedroom apartments where possible. At the most, you'll have your own room in a shared apartment with 1-2 other people.

In Dubrovnik, you will have your own room in our favorite cliff-side hotel that reaches down to a calm bay that is perfect for swimming.  You can enjoy a cocktail from the cave bar between dips.

I took part in the 2018 Korcula trip. It was a blast! Andy put together a trip package that exceeded all my expectations: fresh oysters and fish, vineyard, olive oil tasting, triathlon, community project followed by lunch with locals, boat ride, kayaking.

I'm a pretty experienced traveler but it would have been impossible for me to set up this kind of agenda with the touch of local facilitators as well as all the logistics that go with a triathlon.

I was dreaming of going to Korcula with Andy again this year (before COVID-19 canceled the event). I hope to make it next year, but there are so many other good Open World Racing trips it's hard to choose.
